How to convert TIMACT_MS (FID 4148) from number format to time format in my TRTH Market Depth output?

Hi,

My Refinitiv Access client Baader Bank AG is looking to implement TRTH. Can you tell me the formula how to convert the number format given in the below FIDs to a readabletime format?

FID5
TIMACT04:00.0FID4148
TIMACT_MS25463899

Excel is able to convert FID 5 into a time format, but it's not able to convert the milliseconds/nanoseconds in FID 4148

Hello @grzegorz.zajac12,

TIMEACT_MS is time in milliseconds, elapsed since Unix Epoch, Jan 1, 1970.

I think you are looking to convert in Excel, perhaps Excel convert epoch milliseconds to datetime can be of help to you.
