Can Codebook perform those?

Can Codebook perform the processes described below? (Assuming that .py File is not created)

① Keyboard and mouse control by GUI automation

② Time control, automatic execution, program startup

③ Send e-mail

④ Direct update of Excel files in the folder or file operations

⑤ Excel files and CSV files created in the codebook are automatically downloaded to a specific folder

At this time Codebook does not provide any of these capabilities.
