OGS not screening against watchlist

Hello,

We are facing an issue where the OGS process is not picking up on matches against a custom watchlist that we have uploaded.

Please note that we have included the watchlist as a source for both initial and ongoing screening on the group.

The scenario to reproduce is:

Day1:

  1. Screen a case (through an API call) that results in no matches
  2. Add the case to OGS (another API call)
  3. Update the custom watchlist to include the screened name

Day 2:

  1. At 10:00 AM GMT we check for OGS updates by calling "cases/ongoingScreeningUpdates"
  2. We were expecting at least one case to be updated but get no results

We know the watchlist contains a proper match as screening the case again (from the case details page on the web UI) results in a match against the new name we have added to the watchlist.

Hi,

There is a known issue with OGS in the pilot environment and hence the case may not have picked the recent update from your watchlist.

Can I request you to manually re-screen the cases and confirm if you see the new hit in the results from your watchlist?

Also, I assure you this issue is for the Pilot environment only and the Prod environment should work just fine.

On rescreening, the case showed the match from the watchlist. We will monitor this on Production environment and raise the issue with customer support if it occurs. Thanks for the help.
