This field is not available from any endpoint currently in production on RDP. The field name is specific to the data model currently exposed only through Refinitiv Eikon and Refinitiv Workspace products. To retrieve option adjusted duration for a bond use Eikon Data APIs, e.g.

ek.get_data('US10YT=RR',['TR.FiOptionAdjustedDuration'])
