PermID matching and non-permanent attributes

When mapping an entity to a PermID by name, all potential matches will be returned. Each possible match will include a list of descriptive attributes that can be used to determine which is the correct match. This is straight forward when dealing with attributes that will never change (e.g. date of birth for a person). Some attributes are unique and can be very useful for matching (e.g. passport #), but are not permanent. Will any of the attributes exposed by PermID results have history (i.e. current and previous values), or will they only be able to show the current value?
