I am keep getting the below message on various RIC code. Could you please elaborate a bit more here.
Also, do I need to worry about this as we not getting rates?
"state is Closed. **The record could not be found".
Note: I have making request for 700+ RIC codes.
The "The record could not be found" error message means the item name does not exist or invalid for the service and domain that the application tries to subscribe to.
I suggest you check with the Content team via https://my.refinitiv.com/ to verify if those RIC name valid in Refinitiv Real-Time or not.
