How do I get MEDIA and EID data from the Screening Online API ?

When I make a content request to getSummaries it returns: 500 Internal Server Error

Request:

<scr:getSummaries>

<nameIdentifier>so_n_100000000078239822</nameIdentifier>

<matchType>MEDIA</matchType>

</scr:getSummaries>

Response:

<soap:Fault>

<faultcode>soap:Server</faultcode>

<faultstring>Match Type must be WATCHLIST</faultstring>

</soap:Fault>

Hi @John Williams

Only World Check data is available through the Screening Online API. We currently do not have MEDIA & EID services through the API.

Let me know if you have any other questions...
