Hi, Im trying to download the Eikon Data API for mac. I am on the download page and all I see is "Request Pending" and am unable to download. What is the solution for this?

For MacOS, you will need Refinitiv Workspace(RWS) application.

Please contact your Refinitiv Customer Success Manager to discuss about the Eikon / RWS access.
