"400 Bad Request" issue in Real-Time Optimized

Hi Team,

I raise this question on behalf of one of our clients, who is trying our Real-Time Optimized, and after generating the APP KEY, they tried to test some sample codes, but they encountered "400 Bad Request" issue, as shown below.


Could you advise how to solve it?

Please also avoid posting MachineId and AppKeys as these are considered client confidential.

I suggest you check the "Getting Start with Machine-ID" section of the Getting start with Refinitiv Data Platform article, it provides a step-by-step guide for the Machine ID and App Key setting for you.

Hi @leo.wu,

The password is the one user self created for their machine ID. It is not the same as MyRefinitiv.

The instructions to create password are included in the welcome email they received from the Refinitiv.
