Comparing values for different time frames

Hello,


im trying to create a column in the Eikon monitor app, which will check for a higher high compared to an earlier time frame and return yes/no.

I can compare the dailies, but how do I compare for other time references (e.g., monthly, weekly, 60 minutes, 15 minutes, etc)?
