#NAME? error in Excel indicates that the function name is not recognized by Excel, which in turn indicates that the add-in providing the function is not loaded into the session of Excel.

DSGRID function will be available when Refinitiv Eikon - Microsoft Office add-in is loaded and when Datastream add-on is enabled under Refinitiv Eikon add-ons. You also must be signed in to use any Excel worksheet functions provided by Refinitiv Eikon - Microsoft Office.

For more details see the Help for Refinitiv Eikon - Microsoft Office. From Refinitiv Eikon tab in Excel ribbon select Help - Refinitiv Eikon - Microsoft Office Help. In the Help window navigate to Datastream for Office with Charting - How to install Datastream for Office.
