Why are returned values in URL format

Why URL format is used in the returned JSON:

The language field returns “http://d.opencalais.com/lid/DefaultLangId/English” instead of “English” or “en”.

The grouping of fields/ the attribute are something like “http://d.opencalais.com/dochash-1/04f3121f-5c3b-301f-9b41-895d6babc1ae/cat/1” and “http://s.opencalais.com/1/type/em/e/Country”.

Is there special reason for that?

You can find a “Language” = “English" field in the following section:

rdf:Description c:contentType="text/raw" c:language="English" c:processingVer="AllMetadata" c:serverVersion="OneCalais_9.8-RELEASE:109" c:stagsVer="OneCalais_9.8-RELEASE-b6-2016-07-18_14:00:15" c:submissionDate="2016-08-23 08:46:16.390" rdf:about="http://d.opencalais.com/dochash-1/46f87d3c-99e7-30ab-ae0c-4d1140606ec0/meta">

<rdf:type rdf:resource="http://s.opencalais.com/1/type/sys/DocInfoMeta"/>
