Error in installing Eikon module

I was trying to install eikon on my localhost, this is the error i got. can anybody advise what I can do?

Hello @claire.mediante

The error message means your machine cannot access the PyPi repository to download and install the Eikon data API over the internet. I suggest you check this old thread.
