Getting all historical news text for specific companies

Hi, my plan is to do textual analysis on news articles to predict stock prices, either of specific companies or the stock market as a whole.

In the python API, how can I get the headline, text, and time of publication of all available news articles (and/or other text resources) concerning a specific company? Or just a download of all available news articles regardless of topic?
