Hi @Joyce.Bare
You will have to elaborate what the client is trying to do and where they need a hostname. What API are they using to code their app? Clients typically coding an app using Refinitiv Workspace are provided credentials to login. Once in and if they are licensed to access the coding environment: CodeBook, it is their they can build an app using one of our desktop APIs. I don't know what you mean by "requires a hostname".
