Unable to Open RDP Platform Session

I used to access RDP platform on Jupyter notebook but is not working anymore not sure what is wrong session is not opening

Did you execute the very first statement -

import refinitiv.dataplatform as rdp

Are your credentials still working? What is the error message? Can you try to login to the API playground and verify your credentials and app key.

Can you provide some output/screenshot to show the error you are receiving? Have you upgraded anything within your environment, such as Python? Or the refinitiv.dataplatform package?
