Reference for the RIC extensions for all the Reuters supported exchanges

I am looking for the official list of RIC exchange extensions that we need to use to subscribe to the Reuters infrastructure. I am looking for the extensions for both the primary and the secondary.
All i have right now is the enumtype.def file which has the list of exchanges under the RDN_EXCHD2 and RDN_EXCHD1

You can subscribe to this exchange identifiers guide page: <EXCHID01> providing page index. To iterate through the list of exchanges, you need to subscribe to <EXCHID02> and so on. It could be easier, if you use Eikon Quote to browse the pages.
