Behavior of EMA API for Login Status message with StreamState = ClosedRecover

When a Login Status message is received with StreamState = ClosedRecover, does API automatically re-issue the Login message?

Both Closed and ClosedRecover mean the stream state is closed. For ClosedReocver, it likely to be recoverable condition, For example, when DACS is not yet connected to ADS. User need to retry the login, EMA will not retry the login on behalf of application.
