Error code 500 | Backend error. 500 Internal Server Error and EikonError-UDF Core request failed

Hi im having this well known error as i see that other users have the same issue as i have.

I see that you haven´t resolved the issue, could you provide any help? as this error occurs randomly. Please help!

The error message indicates that it could be a problem in the Eikon backend system.

Please contact the Eikon support team directly via Myrefinitiv to verify how to resolve this issue.
