I think it would be best to bring in a content specialist, via the Refinitiv Helpdesk, to describe the specific data you are interested in. They can point you to the specific service within RDP that will fulfill your needs. With the service and data guidance provided by them, you can then refer to the Refinitiv Data Platform API page to help understand how to retrieve this data via an RDP API.
