configure channel set using programmatically

How can we configure channel set programmatically in C++. It is not included in the given example in the config guide.

Is there specific example that I can refer related to this.

There is an usage example in the EMA C++ Configuration Guide document of the EMA 1.0.7 version's package. In this example, the consumer uses two different set of Channel configurations in the ChannelSet configuration.
