Hi @athomas, thanks for reaching out to us! You can filter the alerts via the WebUI:

  1. Click on the ADMIN tab
  2. On the left pane, click on Groups
  3. On the right pane, click on Group details
  4. Under World-Check section, click Edit on Settings
  5. You should be taken to another screen, where you will click Edit at the bottom of the screen
  6. Next to Record Update Notification For, click on the dropdown and select the desired categorization key(s). I imagine in your case, it'll be C1-C4. (Also, there should be an exclamation point next to this setting where you can view the Update Categorization guide.)
  7. Save

You can also view more information about the alerts in this document under the Record Update Notifications section.

If there's anything further we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out!

@Judith.Pillado - Below is the web-UI settings. But still we are getting OGS alerts for the C6 {see the below screenshot}. Please advice how to avoid or how to update the settings. We are trying to avoid the C6 update category alerts. Thanks. The C6 update category represents non-material changes to a record, such as record restructuring or updating of legal notes.

@athomas You are only allowed to get alerts for C1-C4 (it all depends on how you edited your settings on Step 6 above), even though it can be followed by a C6 update. For example: an alert shows up 2 days ago due to a C2 update for a certain entity. The next day, that same entity had a C6 update. We only keep the last update category, so if it were to be viewed today, it will look like a C6 update. This doesn't mean, however, that you should be getting an alert for C6.

This also goes for the categories you decided to get an alert on (Step 6 on my first comment). For example: you only want to get C1 updates. If you get any updates between C2-C4, you should not be getting an alert, but the latest update will still show.

Can you please confirm if you are receiving an alert for C6 and that it's not simply showing as an update?
