You can use On Demand extraction with IntradayPricingExtractionRequest on FX rate RICs (i.e. "JPY=" RIC for US Dollar/Japanese Yen FX Spot Rate, "EUR=" RIC for Euro/US Dollar FX Spot Rate) . The rates are in "Bid Price" and "Ask Price" fields.
