WorldCheck One API - Pilot Environment Return 404 on everycall

Hi Refinitiv Support Team,

We are trying to use the our pilot account to test the endpoint on pilot environment but it seems return 404 error on every api.

The gateway-host that return 404 is

https://api-worldcheck-pilot.refinitiv.com

but we can make our call on below gateway-host using Pilot Account

https://api-worldcheck.refinitiv.com

Please help to confirm if that is our account or environment issue. Thanks

Hi @productops, Thank you for reaching out us!

Please use the gateway-host : api-worldcheck.refinitiv.com which is the valid one to initiate all the API calls and to get success response.

Thanks

Hi @productops

Yes! you are correct the API gateway-host is same for both pilot and production only the API key and secret will differ.

You can screen the cases using the mentioned gateway-host: api-worldcheck.refinitiv.com in your pilot environment.

Thanks

Hi @anisetti.saikiranreddy ,

Thanks for your reply, I think this case is solved.

Just want to suggest that your side could update environment endpoint of the API Document Refinitiv-World-Check-One-API-documentation.v2.46 , it still mentioning the pilot env endpoint is previous gateway for both API and ZFS api.

Brian

.

Hi @anisetti.saikiranreddy ,

Thanks for your reply.

So does it mean that the Pilot and Production are sharing same gateway-host

https://api-worldcheck.refinitiv.com ?

and we are ok to create screen case on this gateway by using our pilot api key and api secret for testing purpose? Thanks.

Regards,

Brian
