RDP API Locked Account due to incorrect password

Hi all,


Could someone tell me who could unlock my RDP Account?


Exception: Failed to get access token 400 - {"error":"access_denied" ,"error_description":"Account locked out due to provide incorrect password." }

Hi @Bruno.Leal,

The best approach is to open a support case via Refinitiv Helpdesk, providing your RDP user information, and RDP support will reset RDP password for your user.
