I would suggest you reach out to the Refinitiv Helpdesk - they can bring in a content specialist to determine if these data elements are available.
I would also suggest you post your code example here where you can't get this data through the API. The list of fields depends on the instrument you are requesting and that information will be helpful in the determination.
