The company name 'Progressive Waste Solutions Ltd' was changed to 'Waste        
Connections, Inc' as per the notification received from NYSE/Toronto Exchange.  
As a result, Ticker, CUSIP and ISIN were also changed. Hence, RIC <BIN.N> and   
regionals and <BIN.TO> were unavailable in Pre-Market Open Reference Updates on 
DataScope Select until 09:30 GMT on 02-Jun-16.

Phase 1: Thomson Reuters reactivated RICs <BIN.N^F16> and regionals and         
<BIN.TO^F16> and regionals. Due to this records were generated in Reference Data
