API Prod activation and user creation in Pilot

Hello,

We are trying to switch between pilot and production environments. However, it appears that the API Prod account is not yet active. Also, when trying to create new users in Pilot environment for testing purposes we get "Error in User Creation".

Any help and guidance is greatly appreciated!

Hello @Armandas Bespalovas - thank you for reaching out to us! You will not have access to your production account unless you have finished integration testing and completed the Integration Specification Document that your Solutions (or Integration) Consultant provides. I believe your Solutions Consultant is Anastasya, and you can reach out to her regarding this access as well.

When it comes to adding a new user, kindly reach out to Steve as he may be able to add more users via the WebUI.
