Eikon Messenger Chatbot API - Issues when joining chatrooms

Hello,

Since today I'm experiencing issues when using the Eikon Messenger Chatbot API to listen to the chatrooms.

The issues already arise when joining the chatrooms, saying something like remote end closed connection without response.

Has someone also experienced the same today? Is the remote server (Refinitiv) broken?

As checked in the support ticket, the issue has been resolved and got confirm by the user that it works fine already.
