Reading PE's from PROD_PERM and generating DACS lock

Hello, we are using RFA 8.1 C++ api's to consume Level1 & Level2 market data. We want to understand how to generate DACS locks from PE codes received in PROD_PERM FID.

We got to know from @Jirapongse that we can use below api for it.

Our question is, this api accepts list of PE codes while we can receive only one PE code from PROD_PERM FID. Is it possible for a given symbol(Subject) to have multiple PE codes? if yes then how those multiple PE codes are published?

@mktdata

Thanks for reaching out to us.

You can use one PE to generate a DACS lock.

I assume that you would like to use CBE for your published data so it is better to use permission data in a refresh message to store a DACS lock. For more information, please refer to the Tutorial 4 - Content Based Entitlements (CBE) tutorial.

Otherwise, you can contact the DACS support team directly via MyRefinitiv to help you design CBE for your published data.
