Dear Developer community

i share with an issue i'am facing since last week. Indeed when opening a Desktop session it tooks a very long time that usual, to finally a state response 'Opened'. But every request to stream data return 0 data.

at log level, i got these warning messages:

2024-03-01 18:52:32.4070|Warn|Refinitiv.Data.Core.DesktopSessionCore|1|Unable to retrieve Desktop streaming connection details. The API service reference: [pricing] not defined.

2024-03-01 18:52:32.4070|Warn|Refinitiv.Data.Delivery.Stream.OMMItemStream|1|OMMItemStream: Failed to open OMM stream - streaming services are unavailable.

i upgraded EIkon version to 65 to see if it resolves issue, but still facing the issue.

can you help please to resolve the issue as it concerns many users

Hi @anass.yazane.1

Sorry for the inconvenience. There has been a reported incident around changes to some users streaming on the desktop, specifically around permissions. There is a plan to rollback these changes but in the meantime, I have also submitted a ticket on your behalf to correct your permission scopes. You should receive a ticket regarding this.
