Unable to get history data for intraday pricing data with API

Need help in getting historical data for intraday pricing data

Trying this API-https://api.refinitiv.com/data/historical-pricing/v1/views/intraday-summaries/ACERDESLNGNWE?start=2024-04-01T09%3A00%3A00.000000000Z&end=2024-04-02T09%3A00%3A00.000000000Z&fields=TRDPRC_1,HST_CLOSE,INST_DESC

Able to get the live data with-https://api.refinitiv.com/data/pricing/snapshots/v1/?universe=ACERDESLNGNWE&fields=TRDPRC_1,HST_CLOSE,INST_DESC

Need the same but historical data

Hi @karthik.kshetty

While I can retrieve interday data for this instrument, there doesn't seem to be any intraday historical data. I would reach out to the helpdesk to confirm. They will involve a data and content specialists to explain why and whether this data should be available.
