Datastream: 500 Server Error: Internal Server Error for url:

Hi,
Datastream was working fine, but then I started getting this error.

Nothing has have changed on my side.


Exception has occurred: HTTPError
500 Server Error: Internal Server Error for url: https://product.datastream.com/DSWSClient/V1/DSService.svc/rest/GetDataBundle

The web support sent me here.

I solved it myself. The issue was I was requesting too many items.

Typically, the HTTP error 500 is a server error.

If you still get this error, please contact the Datastream WebService support team directly via MyRefinitiv to verify if there is an error on the server side.
