ETA MRN tutorial

I downloaded the tutorialMRN file for the Eta version and tried to run it.

The following error occurred during the test.

Unable to load field dictionary. Will attempt to download from provider.

Error Text: Can not open file: 'RDMFieldDictionary'.

Unable to load enum type dictionary. Will attempt to download from provider.

Error Text: Can not open file: 'enumtype.def'.

Connection down, reconnecting. Channel fd = -1

Connection down, reconnecting. Channel fd = -1

What have I missed?

Hi @noblerain72

Have you defined the service name 'elektron' within your environment to point to a valid server?

If you check the basicConsumer.c, you will see that the following server has been defined.

/* Server/Provider connection details */
#define TREP_SERVER_NAME	"elektron"
#define TREP_SERVER_PORT	"14002"

You must either define the service name 'elektron' in your environment or modify the defined TREP_SERVER_NAME to your server IP.

Also, I would suggest working through the prior tutorial first.
