My API access was suspended. When can I get it back?

I have been using pydatastream and DSWS API and my access was temporarily suspended. I also get this error: 'Access suspended while high use investigated'. When can I get it back? Is it due to going over the limit?

Hi

Yes, It sounds as though you have exceeded the monthly cap, if you require access to over 10 million data points per calendar month, then I recommend you contact your Refinitiv account team who can provide alternative access to Datastream via Python. Limits are reset on first of each month. This does not impact Excel, Charting or Eikon use.
