how to obtain Elektron credentials (DACS username and service name)

Hello,

we were given FIX HTG credentials (sessions, username and TCID), but were advised to try Elektron SDK for market data. Ho do we obtain credentials and service for Electron SDK

Please contact Refinitiv account team for process and details to obtain user account and service of the server where Elektron SDK can connect to.
