Historical data on bond holdings in eMAXX

Hello,

I would like to download data on historical holdings (multiple reporting dates from the past) of corporate bonds for a number of insurance companies in the US. When I use eMAXX through the browser and look at for example Metropolitan Life Insurance Co (US), I can see the holdings for only latest reporting date (12/31/2019). Is there a way to see historical holdings for multiple reporting dates? Can I then do it for multiple insurance companies?

Thank you!

@domels

You can contact Refinitiv Helpdesk and ask for the TR formula in Eikon Excel that can provide the required data.

If the TR function in Eikon Excel can be used to retrieve the data, we can apply it to Eikon Data APIs Python to retrieve the same data.

Hi @domels

I am assuming that you are asking for an instruction on an application called 'eMAXX' on Eikon Desktop.

If this is the case, please contact Refinitiv Helpdesk at https://my.refinitiv.com/

This forum is for API sample code.

Thanks.

Hi! Thank you for your reply and suggestions.

My question is whether and how I can use API code to obtain historical holding data from eMAXX in Python.
