error code 401, 500, 2503, and so on.

Where can I find the documents about these error codes?

I lost the exact error message but these errores occur very often.

Oh, I found the error messages that I've got.

500
eikon.eikonError.EikonError: Error code 500 | Server Error: {"code":500,"message":"getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN emea1.apps.cp.thomsonreuters.com:443","statusMessage":"Internal Server Error"}


401

Error code 401 | Eikon Proxy not running or cannot be reached. Please read the documentation on troubleshooting no info returned.

And I want to know If there is any document so that I can handle these errores by myself.

This is an error from the Eikon platform.

As I know, we don't have any documents that explain these error codes.

However, you can contact the Eikon support team directly via MyRefinitiv to confirm it.

Hi @newhyork,

As far as I have observed, the error codes refer to the HTTP response status codes.

I have not seen error code 2503. Perhaps you can elaborate?
