Update examples with external iterator. Small code cleanup as well.

In preparation for adding multiple language prototypes, top level
language directories need to be created.

New prototype preview moved to Java/Ema

Changed distribution type from GSG to GitHub, added binaries for Unix
libraries. Added REAMEs for the examples.

Since the README.md is specific to the EMA product, move it into the Ema
directory

Fixed inconsistent behavior of std::unordered_map between MSC++ and GCC
compiler causing Linux application fails to search some entry.

this update provides a collective change to the EOA interface and
