Where can i find the destination server name and port for DSS?

The destination server name for the GUI is https://hosted.datascope.reuters.com/

The destination server name for the API is https://hosted.datascopeapi.reuters.com/

You will find both URLs in the Resources tab of the DSS REST API in the
developer community portal.

The protocol and port are standard HTTPS, i.e. TCP 443.

The root URL redirects to the SOAP API. To access the REST API, the full URL is
