If you want to get a feature access added to your password you can email the SC-OTC-WLPASSWORD2 e-mail group.
You will need to provide your prism guid, as well as the SAP domain that the password exists in. It is also helpful to identify the product (e.g. WLNext, Advisor, WLBC that is pertains to).
You will obviosly also need to provide the feature/resource combination you want added.
