What is the most effective method for retrieving data attributes of the relationships

For LinkQ, we want to pull back values alongside the relationships in a pop-up/hover over. e.g. Thomson Reuters - Has Ultimate Parent - Woodbridge. Owns >50%. This would become a sentence, Woodbridge owns 50% or more of Thomson Reuters.

At the moment in Data Fusion the values of each relationship are not uniformly available, so this question covers both how those should be modeled in Data Fusion and how they should be retrieved.
