What is company policy regarding the use of open source libraries?

- What is the company policy regarding how and when we are allowed to use open source libraries?
- If there is an approval process, where should I go to initiate the process?

The company has a well defined policy regarding the use of Open Source Software.

Information regarding the policy can be found on the [Open Source Software][1] group on theHub.

There is also an [Open Source Reporting tool][2] that should be used whenever you are going to introduce the user of new Open Source Code (or libraries) into a project.

In addition, all source code should be getting scanned using the Black Duck tool
