Easy way to view a Service Center change request (CR)?

Is there an easy way to view a Service Center change request (CR) without having to install the desktop application and getting a Service Center account? I have a Service Center CR# and I really only need to view the ticket; I don't need to edit the ticket nor create a ticket. Note, this is not a CM change request in TFS.
