They don't appear to have a transparent one.
Ryan Morlok
when you say transparent logo, do you mean a logo with a transparent background?
Mike Sickler
Yes, that's what I mean.

You can also ask on the ["Our Brand" group on Yammer][1].
Generally, though, such a logo may not exist because the company has standards for how the logo is used (positioning, acceptable background colors, etc), and providing a general logo that can be put anywhere may encourage uses that aren't consistent with the branding rules.

If you get the raster file (eps), then you should be able to modify it as needed for transparency.
Matthew Darnell
The EPS files should be vector files with no backgrounds. The PSD files should be layered files with a background layer you can turn off. You'll need a decent graphics program to open either of those. GIMP (FREE) supposedly does it, although I have had mixed results. Paint.net (also free) could work too although you would probably need to find a plugin that will open these kinds of files.

I just grabbed the logo as PSD file format from the [Brand Center](

and opened it in PhotoShop. It had a transparent background. Saving it as PNG did the trick for use in a web app.
