Problem entering in the certifications courses

I´m trying to enter in the certifications and when I sing in, it appear always error 401
https://www.lseg.com/en/401?ErrorCode=500-Unable%20to%20login%20:%20Your%20account%20is%20not%20configured

What can be the problem?

Could you please clarify more on the process, like could you provide the URLs to or screenshot of certification and sign-in page mentioned for further investigation.
