Hi there,
I have a question regarding the QUOTIM_NS (FID:14265) of the message subscribed and obtained using RFA Java 8.1.3.L1,
When QUOTIM_NS is displayed as “11:31:25:000” with milliseconds as “:000”, does it mean that in the RFA message, the milliseconds will be omitted and displayed as “11:31:25”?
■ Background
Due to DN210609, QUOTIM_NS (FID:14265) will be added to all <INROIS> tenors on October 28, 2024. When I checked the display around 11 AM Tokyo time on October 28, 2024, I noticed that the milliseconds format varied in the following instances.
↓QUOTIM_NS display in <INRAMONMI1M=> (around 11 AM Tokyo time on October 28, 2024)
•Eikon Quote Screen: 11:31:25.000
•SpeedGuide: 11:31:25:0
•RFA Message: 11:31:25
Currently, we are obtaining VALUE_TS1 from the RFA message, but since VALUE_TS1 will be removed due to DN210609, we are considering obtaining QUOTIM_NS instead.
I would like to know the display format for QUOTIM_NS obtained from the RFA message.
