Historical levels from inception till current date for an Index

Hi All,

I am looking to get the historical levels (close price) for MOILGE index from 2008 till the current date. What should the formula be to get this data.

I am currently using Eikon termina - MOILGE page - Prices & Charts - Updating the date range and then copying to excel.

If you have the Eikon Excel, you can use the Formula Builder in the Eikon Excel's Add-in to generate the formula to retrieve historical data.

Otherwise, please contact the Eikon support team directly via MyAccount for the Excel formula that can be used to retrieve the required data.
