How can I get machine Id? During registration i haven't got machine Id

Hi,

Please tell me how I can get Machine-Id?
I was given instructions Getting Started with Refinitiv Data Platform in which I see that Machine Id should have been in Welcome email. But I did not receive Welcome email.

How can I get Welcome email? Do I need to register somewhere or get access? I already have an account in myaccount.lseg.com, but seems it's not enough and I do not see Machine-Id there

Machine ID is used to connect to the Data Platform, you can talk with your LSEG account representative to get one.

However, if you're using Workspace Desktop, you can also use it to connect to the Desktop session of https://developers.lseg.com/en/api-catalog/lseg-data-platform/lseg-data-library-for-python
