List of Dividend types

Hi,

I understand that there are dividend types associated with corporate actions.

E.g. 3 - Special Interim, 4 - Special Final, 60 - Interim, 61 - Final, 65 - Forecast Interim, 66 - Forecast Final, 70 - Special, 75 - Forecast Special

Apparently, there is a dividend type - Extra. Where can i find a complete list of all dividend types and the respective codes.
